*Our store/warehouse is located in Brooklyn NY. Regular UPS Ground shipping usualy takes 1-2 days for NJ, CT, PA, and other East Coast and closer states. But it will take 5-7 business days to deliver to CA, TX, or WA.
Most of the orders are shipped the same business day.

RETURN POLICY
*There is no restocking fee for regular returns within 30 days.
* All returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.

* Returning a racquet:
1. The plastic wrap on the handle should not be removed.
In case if it is removed the restocking fee 15% will be charged.
2. The racquet should not be played with. The racquet should not have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes to the bumper guard.
3. Credit for string and shipping costs will only be given provided the order was in the error of TennisBoom
*There is no return on used merchandise. Any used item returned to TennisBoom will be shipped back to a customer at customer's expence. We will not call the customer before shipping back the used item. Please respect our business.
*There is no refund for shipping charges. Total refund for the items (shipped free) returned will be subject to a shipping charge applied for the order ($5-12). In other words, we do not charge any shipping and handling fees for orders over $99.99. But if for some reason customer returns the merchandise these fees will be subtracted from the total refund. In case if we charged $5.00 for shipping and the order was returned , the refund amount will be less the actual shipping charge. In most cases it is from $5 to $10. The UPS shipping rate could be checked at www.UPS.com our Zip code is 11235.
*Total refund for racquets (strung for free) returned will be subject to a $10.00 (stringing + the cost of strings) charge.
*Any custom stringing purchased(the cost of strings) will not be refunded or credited. $8.00 will be charged for custom stringing(service) in case if racquet is returned.
